Shipping Policy
Forward currently ships to addresses in the United States from our configured Shopify fulfillment location.
Rates
Available shipping methods and final charges are shown at checkout. Current base rates are Standard shipping for $8 USD and Express shipping for $15 USD. Qualifying orders may receive free Standard shipping when the checkout conditions are met.
Processing and tracking
Order processing and estimated delivery information are provided during checkout or in the order confirmation. When tracking is available, it will be sent after fulfillment.
Addresses and delivery
Please confirm that the shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. Contact us through our contact page as soon as possible if an address needs correction. Carrier delays and delivery timing after handoff can be outside our control.
